Richard has over 26 years of hands-on building experience. His strength is not just in building but in problem-solving. He is not someone who looks for problems, he looks for answers. This mindset has been built over years of taking on difficult jobs, making things happen and refusing to let challenges get in the way of getting a job done. Richard is ambitious and will not be satisfied until he has achieved what he has set out to do.
Unrivaled knowledge
Before joining Richard, Archie was covering the whole of the South in his own in a specialist role investigating water main problems. He was the sole person carrying out that responsibility across the entire region, which says a lot about both the trust placed in him and the level he was operating at. That level of knowledge is a huge advantage. Archie understands the technical side of wastewater, drainage, and water infrastructure. He is not guessing his way through it – he knows the systems, the faults, the solutions.
Overcoming difficult challenges
Rob handles the business side of WM Civils. He started his own company in 2019. After qualifying as a mechanic in 2016 but not feeling it was his calling, Rob set out to find his passion. He built an incredibly successful company that continues to grow to this day. Through making this company the success it is, Rob has learnt all there is to know about running a business, as well as understanding the ins and outs of ground work and civil engineering. Rob is determined and never lets a challenge get in the way. He has also maintained the Holmes Hill Estate for many years and solving problems has becoming second nature to him. If there is a hurdle to overcome, Rob will find a way!
